Make a phone call

If you have checked your trip switch and your wiring and appliances are not faulty, phone our Emergencyline on 0800 300 999.

Please do not send us an email or use the 'Contact us' form on this site to report a power cut or a dangerous situation.

Check with your neighbours

Check if any neighbours are affected. If they are, it is more likely to be a problem with the local network. If there is a network problem, please make sure you let us know.

Faulty wiring or appliance?
