We know how crucial your energy supply can be for certain types of medical equipment located in your home, so please let us know if the electricity or gas supply to your property is critical to specialist medical equipment, such as:

Home Dialysis machine
Oxygen concentrator
Artificial ventilator
Stairlift
Adjustable bed

You can join our Priority Services Register by calling our Careline on Freephone 0800 622 838. We can then list the supply to your property as ‘critical’. We can’t guarantee that you will never have a power cut, but we’ll make sure that your local network operator does their utmost to make sure your supply does not go off and, in the event of an emergency, that they get your supply reconnected as a matter of priority.

Once registered for this service, we will let you know about any planned power cuts in your area - due to essential maintenance for example - and we'll make every effort to ensure that any disruption is kept to a minimum.
